Job Overview
Location: Hybrid working, ideally based centrally (but not an essential), due to regular nationwide site visits, overseeing multiple operational sites across the UK.
Whilst the role includes flexibility to work from home when appropriate, site working forms a significant part of the job and applicants should be fully comfortable with a mobile working pattern, with regular travel and overnight stays required across the UK.

We are currently seeking an experienced Shopfitting Project Manager with a strong background in retail shop fit\-outs to join our growing team.
This hybrid role is, ideally suited to someone located in or around Central England (not essential), due to the requirement of site visits which is a large part of the job role. The position involves extensive day\-to\-day travel to operational sites across the UK, including regular overnight stays as required by the demands of new and ongoing projects. Reporting directly to senior management, you will oversee multiple project sites, ensuring all work meets rigorous standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. You will lead, motivate, and manage on\-site teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget—while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.
This is a senior\-level position requiring strong leadership, technical expertise, and excellent organisational skills.

Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Manage multiple commercial building and fit\-out projects from planning to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
- Health \& Safety Compliance: Uphold CDM Regulations, the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, and all other relevant standards.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate site teams, conduct site meetings, and act as the main link between on\-site staff and senior management.
- Client Relations: Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring excellent service, quick resolution of queries, and strong relationship management.
- Resource Management: Ensure efficient allocation of materials, labour, and equipment to meet project requirements.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections and maintain company quality benchmarks throughout project delivery.
- Documentation \& Reporting: Maintain detailed project records including CPP, RAMS, site reports, and progress updates.
- Proven experience in project management within the construction, commercial fit\-out, or building services sectors.
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects across different regions.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage on\-site teams.
- Excellent client service and relationship\-building skills.
- In\-depth knowledge of health \& safety compliance (including CDM Regulations).
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively nationwide, with frequent overnight stays.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
Pay: £50,000\.00 per year
