Project Cargo & Survey Coordinator
CSL Global provides risk management, survey management and supply chain consultancy services for major energy, infrastructure and industrial projects worldwide.
We're looking for an organised, proactive individual to join our operations team as a Project Coordinator.
You'll be the person making sure survey activities happen on time anywhere in the world, coordinating clients, surveyors and logistics information across multiple live projects.
The role involves coordinating survey activities, obtaining and reviewing documentation, communicating with clients and surveyors, tracking progress, managing project records and following up actions to ensure work is completed on schedule.
This is a hands\-on project coordination position where organisation, communication and attention to detail are critical.
We'd like to hear from you if you have experience in:
- Freight forwarding
- Logistics or supply chain operations
- Shipping
- Military logistics
- Project coordination
- Any other operational role involving planning, communication and managing multiple priorities
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time
- A proactive approach to problem solving
- Confidence using Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Excel and SharePoint
Pay: Up to £28,000\.00 per year
