Global Projects Coordinator

CSL Global is an internationally recognised provider of supply chain risk management solutions, supporting clients with project cargo, marine logistics, cargo risk management and survey management services across complex international projects.

We are seeking a well organised and proactive individual to support the planning and coordination of surveyor appointments across international project cargo and marine logistics assignments.

The role is office based and forms part of a team responsible for coordinating survey activity (diary management), liaising by email with clients, surveyors and other key stakeholders, obtaining project information and documentation, and reviewing survey outcomes before reporting on the outcomes.

This is a complex coordination role, with multiple projects running at different stages. Candidates must be able to manage competing priorities, follow up effectively, and maintain clear control of information, actions and deadlines.

The position would suit someone with a background in freight forwarding, supply chain, logistics coordination (Civilian or Military) or a related operational environment, particularly where they have experience dealing with time\-sensitive activities, documentation, third\-party coordination and client communication.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, together with a methodical approach, attention to detail, confidence using Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, and the ability to work accurately in a busy open office environment.

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £28,000\.00 per year
