The day\-to\-day \- What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Setting up and operating production machinery — we'll train you properly.


• Monitoring lines to keep quality spot\-on and catching anything before it becomes a problem.


• Performing machine changeovers and basic maintenance to keep things running smoothly.


• Recording production data accurately — traceability matters in what we do.


• Keeping your area clean, safe and up to GMP and food safety standards.


• Operating a forklift to move materials and finished products (FLT licence a bonus, not a must).

• Someone reliable – if you say you’ll be there, you’re there


• Good attention to detail and a genuine care for quality


• Able to stay calm and focused in a busy environment


• A decent communicator – you’ll work closely with Engineers, Lead Operators and Shift Managers


• Previous food, drink or FMCG experience is a nice bonus but it’s absolutely not essential


• A FLT licence would be great, but we can work with the right person regardless!


• Self\-motivated and adaptable – this isn’t a stand still kind of role!

• Annual salary of £33,330\.26 inclusive of Shift Premium, this equates to £15\.21 per hour – your 12\-hour commitment is worth it


• Got the right attitude? We'll develop you into a Multi Skilled Operator and your pay could rise to around £38k in as little as 12–18 months, vacancies permitting.

4 on / 4 off pattern on 12\-hour shifts (6am–6pm and 6pm–6am).
