Shift Engineer for 4 on 4 off shift pattern
We have a vacancy for a Shift Engineer, working within our Engineering department.
Location – Shepton Mallet
2 x 12 hour days, then 2 x 12 hour nights, then 4 off. 06\.00 to 18\.00, then 18\.00 to 06\.00\.
£51,510\.48 per annum.
This position requires a self\-motivated, diligent and experienced person with proven experience and engineering qualifications to undertake this role:
Key requirements for this role:
To manage the Engineering strategy across the site, in order to ensure maximum efficiency of equipment, whilst meeting operational requirements. To influence engineering and production teams.
To carry out and record corrective maintenance on plant machinery and services quickly and efficiently, so as to cause the least amount of machinery downtime.
To carry out and record planned maintenance on plant machinery and services as scheduled by the Engineering Department.
Demonstrate a commitment to Framptons’ Food Safety and Quality policies, procedures and work instructions to produce safe, legal and authentic products to a specified quality.
