Primary Care Relationship Manager / GP Liaison Officer \| Full\-Time \| 37\.5 Hours \| Field\-Based
This role is to cover these hospitals: Spire Clare Park (Farnham) \| Spire Dunedin (Reading) \| Spire Thames Valley (Slough)
Spire Healthcare is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Primary Care Relationship Manager / GP Liaison Officer to strengthen engagement with GP practices and primary care networks across three hospitals. This is a field\-based role with regular travel and a car allowance provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver targeted primary care engagement plans
- Build strong relationships with GPs, PCNs, ICBs and other stakeholders
- Organise and deliver educational events, workshops and seminars
- Promote Spire services to drive referrals and business growth
- Generate leads through networking and face\-to\-face engagement
- Analyse referral data to identify opportunities and measure impact
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide activity reporting
- Act as a key point of contact for primary care enquiries and support
- Represent Spire at events and within the local healthcare community
- Proven experience as a GP Liaison Officer or Primary Care Relationship Manager
- Strong field sales background within healthcare or corporate environments
- Demonstrable success in relationship management and business development
- Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills
- Good understanding of NHS primary care structures
- Full UK driving licence
Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 (flexibility required for events and travel)
