Duties

• Assist in researching and analysing potential land acquisition opportunities in designated regions


• Support the evaluation of land parcels, including site visits and data collection


• Prepare and organise documentation related to land transactions and due diligence processes


• Communicate effectively with internal teams, external agents, and landowners to facilitate smooth negotiations


• Maintain organised records of all land acquisition activities and correspondence


• Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management


• Support the organisation of meetings, site inspections, and related logistical arrangements


• Stay informed about relevant local planning policies, regulations, and market trends affecting land procurement

• Administrative experience, computer literacy (Outlook, Microsoft Office) is required


• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for liaising with diverse stakeholders


• Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately
