The Opportunity
As a Junior Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities through proactive outbound engagement.
You'll spend much of your day speaking with business owners, directors, and decision\-makers, identifying opportunities and creating qualified introductions for our senior Business Development team.
This role sits at the heart of our growth strategy and plays a vital role in our continued success.
You'll receive ongoing training, coaching, and development from experienced professionals, giving you the foundations to build a successful commercial career.

What You’ll Be Doing
· Conducting high volumes of outbound business development calls.
- Building rapport with senior decision\-makers.
- Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
- Gathering commercial information and uncovering client needs.
- Maintaining accurate records within our CRM system.
- Working closely with senior Business Development Managers and appointment setters.
- Consistently achieving activity and performance targets.
- Developing your commercial awareness and understanding of client challenges.
- Representing NHQ professionally in every interaction.
- An excellent communicator who can articulate yourself confidently both verbally and in writing.
- Naturally confident speaking with new people.
- Resilient and able to maintain a positive attitude when faced with setbacks.
