Painting and Decorating Project Manager

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our established team. Directly responsible for financial performance, quality, health and safety, people performance and customer satisfaction of all works within your assigned area, ensuring every project adheres to health and safety principles, company standards and builds a strong and lasting client relationship.
Contract Management: Overseeing projects from start to finish. Ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget.
Resource Management: Coordinating labour, materials and health and safety compliance across multiple sites.
Client Communication: Acting as the primary point of contact for our Main Contractors.
Surveying: Conducting site measures, completing tenders, returning quotations and site specific final accounts.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management within the painting and decorating industry.
Locations for our projects are nationwide.
Salary negotiable.
