Join us as a Senior Recruitment Officer, where you’ll play a key role in driving an efficient, high\-quality recruitment service that supports both hiring managers and candidates from start to finish.

What you’ll be doing
- Delivering mentoring, coaching and training sessions
- Identifying and assessing customer needs and taking appropriate action
- Educating, assisting and advising staff on recruitment processes
- Identify opportunities for improvement, helping to streamline processes and ways of working
- Own various projects such as developing the careers website and writing all of our candidate communications
- Experience of developing processes
- Experience of guiding, coaching and mentoring staff
- Experience of developing strong and effective customer relations

For part time hours the salary will be calculated on a pro\-rata basis, this is based on the number of hours for the vacancy.
