We're looking for a masterful Paid Media expert to join our marketing team.

Are you a strategist who views ad spend as an investment, not just a cost? We’re looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager who is obsessed with the "why" behind the "click." At Kubix, our clients, ranging from high\-end fashion to global fitness brands rely on us for sophisticated, cross\-channel growth strategies. As a Google Premier Partner, we operate in the top 3% of agencies in the UK.

We need a data\-native who can move effortlessly between the technical depth of Google Search and the creative pulse of Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest). You won’t just be managing accounts; you’ll be architecting full\-funnel engines that scale Shopify stores to their full potential. This role reports directly into the Paid Media Director.

  • Data\-First Optimisation: Get "under the hood" of accounts to diagnose performance bottlenecks and implement high\-impact optimisations.

  • Shopify Integration: Work closely with our Platinum Shopify team to ensure ad accounts are perfectly synced with store catalogs, pixels, and server\-side tracking.

  • Strategic Reporting: Move beyond basic metrics. You’ll deliver comprehensive GA4 reports and audits that tell a story, providing clients with clear, actionable insights.

  • Creative Collaboration: Partner with our in\-house creative team to brief high\-performing ad assets based on real\-time performance data and platform trends.

  • Budget Stewardship: Manage and scale significant client budgets, ensuring every pound spent is aligned with the client’s CPA/ROAS targets.

  • Mentorship \& Knowledge Sharing: Provide technical guidance and hands\-on support to wider team members to help troubleshoot accounts and foster a learning culture.
About You
  • The Analytical Engineer: You don’t just see numbers; you see patterns. You are as comfortable in a pivot table as you are in a creative brainstorming session.

  • Commercially Sharp: You understand the unit economics of an eCommerce business and how paid media impacts the bottom line.

  • Proactively Curious: You are the first to test a new Beta feature or platform (like Reddit or Bing) to give our clients an unfair competitive advantage.

  • A Polished Communicator: You can explain complex bidding strategies to a founder in a way that builds confidence and clarity.

  • Solution\-Oriented: You bring recommendations, not just problems, and maintain a growth\-focused mindset even when facing technical challenges.
