Paid Media Manager
We're looking for a masterful Paid Media expert to join our marketing team.

We need a data\-native who can move effortlessly between the technical depth of Google Search and the creative pulse of Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest). You won’t just be managing accounts; you’ll be architecting full\-funnel engines that scale Shopify stores to their full potential. This role reports directly into the Paid Media Director.
What You'll Do
- Full\-Funnel Orchestration: Design and execute holistic paid strategies across Google (Search, Shopping, PMax) and Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat).
- Data\-First Optimisation: Get "under the hood" of accounts to diagnose performance bottlenecks and implement high\-impact optimisations.
- Shopify Integration: Work closely with our Platinum Shopify team to ensure ad accounts are perfectly synced with store catalogs, pixels, and server\-side tracking.
- Strategic Reporting: Move beyond basic metrics. You’ll deliver comprehensive GA4 reports and audits that tell a story, providing clients with clear, actionable insights.
- Creative Collaboration: Partner with our in\-house creative team to brief high\-performing ad assets based on real\-time performance data and platform trends.
- Budget Stewardship: Manage and scale significant client budgets, ensuring every pound spent is aligned with the client’s CPA/ROAS targets.
- Process Integrity: Adhere to agency SOPs and workflows, ensuring high\-quality delivery and seamless integration within the wider Paid Media team.
- Mentorship \& Knowledge Sharing: Provide technical guidance and hands\-on support to wider team members to help troubleshoot accounts and foster a learning culture.
- The Analytical Engineer: You don’t just see numbers; you see patterns. You are as comfortable in a pivot table as you are in a creative brainstorming session.
- Commercially Sharp: You understand the unit economics of an eCommerce business and how paid media impacts the bottom line.
- Proactively Curious: You are the first to test a new Beta feature or platform (like Reddit or Bing) to give our clients an unfair competitive advantage.
- A Polished Communicator: You can explain complex bidding strategies to a founder in a way that builds confidence and clarity.
- Solution\-Oriented: You bring recommendations, not just problems, and maintain a growth\-focused mindset even when facing technical challenges.
- 2\+ years of Agency Experience: You’re used to the fast\-paced environment of
- managing multiple high\-growth accounts simultaneously.
- E\-commerce Specialist: Deep experience in scaling Shopify stores is highly preferred. You understand the nuances of Shopping feeds and Catalog sales.
- Search \& Social Mastery: Proven track record in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).UTM structures to conversion APIs.Plus Points
- Multi\-Platform Savvy: Experience (or a strong desire to scale) on TikTok, Pinterest and Snapchat.
- Technical Foundation: A solid understanding of the tech involved in tracking, from
- Technical Tracking: Proficiency in Google Tag Manager (GTM) advanced GA4 configurations, experience using Stape and Whatagraph.
- Alternative Channels: Experience with Microsoft (Bing) Ads, Pinterest, or Reddit Ads.
- Certifications: Current Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications.
