About the role

We're proud of the service we offer our patients, and we're looking for a dynamic Orthodontic Dental Receptionist to join the team at our brand\-new practice in Walsall, opening in November 2026\.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced dental receptionist who wants to grow their career and show what they can do. If you already have dental reception experience, we'll train you in orthodontics. We're looking for someone who learns quickly, retains information well, and communicates clearly both verbally and in writing.

Salary: From £27,000 per annum, depending on experience

Hours: 41\.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 6:00pm, with occasional Saturdays

Contract: Permanent, full\-time

Who we're looking for

Experienced dental receptionist, passionate about the dental industry and keen to keep learning

Understands the importance of clear communication and excellent customer service in a private practice

Good spoken and written English

Reliable, committed, well presented, self\-motivated and friendly

Knowledge of Orthobridge software is desirable, but training is provided
