In this role, you will support the optical team by assisting with patient interactions and ensuring smooth clinic operations. Duties
- Greet patients warmly and assist with their check\-in process to ensure a positive experience from the moment they arrive
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the optical area and managing stock levels and restocking frames on shop floor.
- Provide information to patients about eyewear options, lens features, and proper care instructions
- Fit, adjust and repair glasses
- Support administrative tasks like scheduling appointments, updating patient records, and processing payments
- Previous optical experience or familiarity with optical equipment is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with patients and team members
- Ability to work efficiently in as part of a team and also lone working while maintaining high standards
- Enthusiastic team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Expected hours: 17\.5 per week
