Hotel Night Porter

Job Summary
The Night Manager is a pivotal role within our establishment, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the night shift. This position requires a proactive person who can provide exceptional guest services, and maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all guests.

Working on your own, you will be solely responsible for the hotel security and guests satisfaction during your shift

Working nights 11pm to 8am alternating 3 nights and 4 nights per week. (27\-36hrs)

Duties

• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the night shift.


• Oversee the front desk operations, ensuring that check\-ins and check\-outs are handled smoothly.


• Bar service for residents.


• Cleaning duties.


• Setting up functions and breakfast.


• Monitor security measures to ensure the safety of guests and staff throughout the night.


• Conduct regular inspections of the hotel premises to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.


• Prepare and Deliver Room Service Food \& Beverage


• Maintain accurate records of nightly activities, incidents, and guest feedback.

• Hotel experience is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of front desk operations.


• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous for effective communication with diverse guests.


• Strong background in guest services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
