Operations Manager
HYBRID ROLE: (Based in Bradford \- BD1\)
Hours: \- Monday \- Friday 9am to 6pm (1 hour unpaid lunch)
Onsite 3 days and 2 days WFH
Core Prescribing Solutions is an award\-winning, growing healthcare organisation seeking a National Operations Manager to support clinical excellence, business growth and improved patient care. Working closely with the senior leadership team, the role will help drive operational and service development.
Main Duties
- Lead day\-to\-day operations and manage clinical and non\-clinical teams.
- Ensure high\-quality, compliant clinical service delivery.
- Monitor KPIs, performance, training and clinical governance.
- Develop and improve services using data and stakeholder feedback.
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships.
- Support staff development, performance and workforce planning.
- Contribute to operational strategy, business growth and new service development.
- Audit services and ensure regulatory and best\-practice standards are met.
- Strong primary care and NHS experience.
- Proven operations and team management experience.
- Understanding of PCNs, DES, GMS and PMS contracts.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Experience using KPIs and data to manage performance.
- Good clinical pharmacy knowledge and understanding of governance.
- Proactive, strategic and confident with excellent problem\-solving skills.
