Join a market\-leading specialist manufacturer providing essential build, maintenance, and support services to a UK\-wide customer base. Operating from their Desborough site, they offer a collaborative, close\-knit office culture where personality, adaptability, and team fit are valued far above industry experience.

Day\-to\-Day Responsibilities

• Act as a central point of contact for customers, internal departments, third\-party suppliers, and mobile workshop engineers.


• Set up and maintain vehicle build folders, tracking progress through production, IVA inspections, and final handover.


• Log incoming service requests, coordinate mobile engineers, and arrange travel logistics (hotels, transport) as required.


• Handle general operational administration, including inputting engineer timesheets, updating CRM/Excel records, and issuing customer invoices.


• Deal with live queries and breakdown requests, keeping customers updated and problem\-solving alongside the Service Manager.

What We’re Looking For

• Communication \& Personality: A confident, personable communicator who thrives in a close\-knit, down\-to\-earth team and enjoys talking to engineers and customers alike.


• Proactive \& Organized: Highly organized with basic IT skills (Excel/Outlook) and the ability to multitask in a varied, fast\-paced environment.


• Relevant Interest or Background: Previous administrative experience with a genuine interest (or background) in automotive, engineering, or manufacturing. Supervisory switchers from hospitality, retail, or logistics are also encouraged to apply.


• Career Stability: A proven, stable work history from someone seeking a long\-term role with room to grow.
