Overview

Marlow House is a day centre based in Desborough, offering social/day care opportunities for a wide range of clients from Desborough, Rothwell and Kettering area.

We are looking to recruit a professional, proactive and lively person who is flexible and works well as part of a team.

Ideally the successful candidate will have a Level 3 care qualification and be able to demonstrate capability in working with "older" people.

The person appointed will need to be confident and outgoing and be willing to participate in the development and implementation of activities organised for clients.

Marlow House aims to provide a lively, professional and positive environment for ALL clients, Volunteers, Employees and Visitors.

Hours of work are 12:30pm \- 3:30pm Monday to Friday, with requirements to work flexibly covering holidays etc.

Hourly rate of pay id dependant upon experience and qualification of the successful applicant.

Closing Date for applications is Tuesday the 29th of September 2026

Pay: From £12\.71 per hour

Expected hours: 15\.0 per week
