Tom Harrison House is seeking an experienced, proactive and highly organised Operational Services Manager to lead and coordinate our non\-clinical operational services, ensuring the organisation continues to deliver safe, effective and high\-quality support to veterans and others affected by addiction and poor mental health.

Reporting to the Senior Management Team, you will oversee a broad portfolio of operational functions including HR administration and recruitment, staff training, facilities and premises management, maintenance, organisational compliance, and health and safety. You will also provide direct leadership to a multidisciplinary operational support team covering administration, reception, vehicle fleet management, fundraising support, merchandise, social media, website administration and other key support services.

This is a varied and rewarding leadership role that combines strategic oversight with hands\-on operational management. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our people, systems, resources and environments are safe, compliant, well organised and responsive to the needs of the organisation. Working collaboratively across departments, you will help drive continuous improvement, maintain high standards of governance and compliance, and support the delivery of our recovery\-focused services.

We're looking for an experienced operational manager with strong leadership skills, excellent organisational ability and a practical, solution\-focused approach. You'll be confident managing multiple priorities, leading teams, developing systems and working collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to achieve organisational objectives.
