Hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Working Pattern: Initially 3 days per week, with the opportunity to progress towards full\-time

Faces Training Academy is looking for an experienced and confident Nurse Aesthetics Trainer to join our growing team in Stafford.
We are looking for a Registered Nurse with strong medical aesthetics experience who can confidently deliver both foundation and advanced aesthetics training.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about education, clinical standards and helping practitioners develop real confidence in their skills.
Courses you will be expected to train include:
- Full Pathway Course
- Advanced Anti\-Wrinkle / Botox
- Advanced Dermal Fillers
- Non\-Surgical Rhinoplasty / Nose Filler
- Tear Trough Filler
- Lip Masterclass
- 8\-Point Face Lift
- PRP
- Phlebotomy
- IV Drip Therapy
- Complications Management
- Delivering engaging theory and practical training
- Demonstrating treatments on live models
- Supervising and developing student technique
- Teaching anatomy, assessment, treatment planning and clinical rationale
- Maintaining high standards of safety, hygiene and compliance
- Supporting students throughout their training journey
- Preparing training rooms, equipment and course materials
- Supporting model coordination, stock and the smooth running of training days
- Contributing to the continued development of Faces Training Academy
Essential:
- Registered Nurse with current professional registration
- Experienced medical aesthetics practitioner
- Strong foundation and advanced injectable experience
- Confident working with and demonstrating treatments on live models
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and complications management
- Professional, organised and confident communicator
- Passionate about developing and supporting other practitioners
