Specialising in high\-quality Christmas decorations, stunning seasonal displays, and immersive festive experiences, we help transform retail spaces, events, and public areas into unforgettable winter wonderlands. Our clients include shopping centres, garden centres, event agencies, and brands seeking to create magical moments. We also sell animatronics and bespoke display projects. We’re looking for a passionate and results\-driven National Sales Manager to join our team and help grow our seasonal business.

It's an exciting time to be joining the seasonal group as we expand into new sectors with the launch of our initiative new leisure products this year.

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic National Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth across the country. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales initiatives, managing key client relationships, and expanding our market presence. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence organisational success through innovative sales strategies and effective leadership.

Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive national sales strategies aligned with company objectives.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and partners to secure new business opportunities.

  • Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth prospects.

  • Utilise Progress Plus or similar CRM systems to track sales activities, forecast revenue, and manage pipelines.

  • Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, market analysis, and strategic recommendations for senior management.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional campaigns and optimise product positioning.
Requirements
  • Proven management experience within a B2B sales environment, preferably at a national level.

  • Extensive knowledge of comparable CRM platforms.

  • Excellent analysis skills to interpret data, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.

  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective sales strategies that deliver measurable results.

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build lasting client relationships.

  • Ability to work independently with a proactive approach towards problem\-solving.

  • Relevant qualifications in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields are desirable but not essential. This role is ideal for a motivated professional eager to make a significant impact within a forward\-thinking organisation committed to excellence in sales performance.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience working with holiday displays, event production, or immersive installations.

  • Existing client base in retail, hospitality, or event planning industries.

  • Ability to travel to client sites or events as needed.
Pay: £30,000\.00\-£40,000\.00 per year
