This is a great opportunity to join Northpoint as an Administrator within our Calderdale services. You’ll play a key role in supporting the day\-to\-day running of our busy Halifax office, helping ensure that children, young people, families and professionals receive a responsive and well\-organised service.
You will join us on a part time , permanent basis (21 hours per week) with a FTE salary of £25,400 – £27,560

What you will be doing as our Administrator
As an Administrator, you will be a key part of a small and friendly team, supporting the smooth and efficient running of services and acting as a first point of contact for those accessing support.
You will be responsible for:
Acting as a first point of contact for clients, families and professionals, both in person and via phone/email
Managing and processing referrals, including booking and rearranging appointments
Monitoring and maintaining inboxes, ensuring timely and accurate responses
Recording and maintaining accurate, confidential data and client records
Supporting reporting, data quality and service monitoring
Providing reception and front\-of\-house support, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment
Managing room bookings and supporting meetings, events and training sessions
Supporting general office and facilities tasks, including maintaining supplies and shared spaces
Providing administrative support to managers and colleagues across the service
Please note: this is an office\-based role at our Halifax premises, due to the nature of the work and the need for regular in\-person support, Monday will be an essential day, the other two are flexible.
What are we looking for in our ideal Administrator?
We’re looking for someone who is organised, reliable and enjoys working in a varied, people\-facing role.
You will bring:
Experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office systems
Understanding of confidentiality and data protection principles
A proactive, flexible and solution\-focused approach
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
A friendly, professional approach when working with clients and colleagues
Experience in a health, education, or charity setting would be beneficial but is not essential.
