Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals, focusing on both digital and traditional channels
- Manage social media platforms by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and analyzing engagement metrics to optimize reach
- Oversee SEO (Search Engine Optimization) efforts to improve website visibility and organic traffic through keyword research, content optimization, and backlink strategies
- Coordinate and manage email marketing campaigns, including content creation, segmentation, scheduling, and performance analysis
- Design visual content for promotional materials while ensuring consistency with brand standards
- Collaborate with all member of the Strike team, with external vendors, and agencies when needed to ensure timely delivery of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead projects and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
- Expertise in SEO techniques and tools for search engine ranking improvements
- Proficiency in project management methodologies to oversee campaign timelines and deliverables
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret marketing data and derive actionable insights
- Proven social media management capabilities across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
- Competence in Microsoft Excel for data organization and reporting purposes
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms for campaign execution and tracking
- Effective communication skills in English for clear messaging internally and externally
- IT skills along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including WordPress, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast\-paced environment
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as Mailchimp/HubSpot (or similar), Canva/Adobe Creative Suite and social media platforms
Pay: £29,000\.00\-£33,000\.00 per year
