We are hiring a Marketing Associate to run the marketing engine at Chase.

This is not a role where you fetch coffee and update a spreadsheet. From month one you will own our website, our LinkedIn and social programme, and the reporting that tells the business what is working.

What you will do

• Build and manage our website, shipping new pages in days rather than months.


• Create and schedule content across our company page and our leadership and sales voices, and turn that audience into qualified leads.


• Turn strategy documents, campaign packs and long\-form material into short\-form posts, graphics and email copy.


• Be the human in the loop when using AI tools to plan campaigns, research the market, draft content and analyse results.


• Track what is happening across UK consumer goods, and turn it into content people actually want to read.


• Work with our industry advisors and technology partners on joint messaging and campaigns.


• Support the sales team on outreach campaigns and event promotion.


• Own the monthly report, and tell us plainly what needs to improve.

You are genuinely good with AI tools. You write well. You are organised, curious and happy to build things yourself.

You might have just finished university or college. You might have run a LinkedIn page for a society, built a site for a friend’s business, or taught yourself a stack of AI tools because you found them interesting. That counts here. We care far more about what you can do than about how long you have been doing it.
