Manager - Talent Acquisition Technology FTC

About the Role:

The Talent Acquisition Technology Manager (FTC role) acts as the technology lead and subject matter expert with primary responsibility for Phenom CRM, candidate\-facing websites, recruitment marketing technology, automation, analytics and digital tracking. The role partners with Talent Acquisition, Employer Brand, Integrated Services, Privacy, Data, AMS delivery teams and technology vendors to shape roadmaps, deliver enhancements, resolve technical issues and ensure solutions remain compliant, effective and aligned to the People Technology strategy. The successful candidate will combine product ownership, technical oversight, stakeholder management and data\-led decision\-making. They will drive continuous improvement and automation, translate technical risks for senior stakeholders, and help teams use recruitment technology effectively to deliver a high\-quality candidate experience.

What your days will look like:

• Act as technical lead and subject matter expert for Phenom CRM and associated Talent Acquisition technologies, working with Talent Acquisition, Employer Brand and other stakeholders to deliver new functionality and enhancements.


• Own and maintain the technical roadmap for Phenom CRM capabilities, including the chatbot, candidate websites, widgets, email templates and internal experiences.


• Oversee branding and experience changes across the CRM in response to requirements initiated and approved by Employer Brand.


• Monitor, escalate and resolve CRM technical issues, working with Phenom technical support, AMS delivery teams and internal stakeholders as appropriate.

• Overseen CRM job mapping, XML feed configurations, integrations and associated technical controls.


• Managed the functionality, design, technical performance, roadmap and continuous enhancement of external and internal job websites.


• Supported recruitment teams and other Phenom stakeholders with best\-practice guidance and training to optimise platform functionality and candidate experience, including events functionality.


• Acted as the Phenom CRM subject matter expert supporting the annual recruitment marketing strategy, in collaboration with Employer Brand, which retains overall ownership of the strategy.
