Manager, Bar Staff and Assistant Manager

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to oversee operations within our bar. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the bar, restaurant or similar hospitality industry, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding hospitality. This role requires a hands\-on approach to supervising activities, ensuring safety standards are met, and fostering a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the bar, ensuring high standards of service.


• Manage all staff, providing guidance and support in all tasks while promoting teamwork.


• Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.


• Ensure compliance with licensing regulations.


• Assist in different drinks menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal trends.


• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for excellent service recovery.


• Train new staff members on operational procedures and best practices within the bar environment.


• Collaborate with all bartending staff to ensure beverage offerings are relevant.

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the bar, restaurant or hospitality industry isn’t essential, but is advantageous.


• Strong background in supervising bar operation would be an advantage


• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in hospitality management.


• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team effectively.


• Experience in bartending is advantageous but not mandatory, for all our bar recruitments.


• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, a great personality and creating memorable experiences Is the key to running a good bar.

Pay: £10,000\.00\-£31,160\.00 per year
