As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic, organised, and motivated Care \& Recruitment Coordinator to join our friendly office team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role combining care coordination, recruitment, training, and compliance, with genuine opportunities for career progression.

The Role

Working closely with the Registered Manager and Care Director, you will help ensure the smooth day\-to\-day operation of the service while supporting both our clients and care team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce and maintain fortnightly care staff rotas.

  • Schedule care visits efficiently, ensuring adequate care and travel time.

  • Communicate effectively with clients, care professionals, and office team.

  • Arrange cover for holidays, training, and planned absences.

  • Identify and report rota gaps, recruitment needs, and service risks.

  • Participate in the on\-call rota and provide hands\-on care support when required.

  • Answer telephone enquiries professionally and promptly.

  • Manage recruitment enquiries and candidate applications.

  • Shortlist candidates and arrange interviews.

  • Complete recruitment administration, including DBS checks, references, right\- to\-work and ID checks.

  • Ensure all recruitment files remain accurate and compliant.

  • Maintain accurate client and staff records.

  • Deliver and manage inductions and refresher training.

  • Assess and sign off new carers

  • Monitor e\-learning completion and training compliance.

  • Conduct regular audits of staff files and communication records.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a small team.

  • Passionate about delivering outstanding care and supporting others.

  • previous knowledge or experience in areas such as care coordination, recruitment, administration, or the health and social care sector.
