As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic, organised, and motivated Care \& Recruitment Coordinator to join our friendly office team.

The Role
Working closely with the Registered Manager and Care Director, you will help ensure the smooth day\-to\-day operation of the service while supporting both our clients and care team.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and maintain fortnightly care staff rotas.
- Schedule care visits efficiently, ensuring adequate care and travel time.
- Communicate effectively with clients, care professionals, and office team.
- Arrange cover for holidays, training, and planned absences.
- Identify and report rota gaps, recruitment needs, and service risks.
- Participate in the on\-call rota and provide hands\-on care support when required.
- Answer telephone enquiries professionally and promptly.
- Manage recruitment enquiries and candidate applications.
- Shortlist candidates and arrange interviews.
- Complete recruitment administration, including DBS checks, references, right\- to\-work and ID checks.
- Ensure all recruitment files remain accurate and compliant.
- Maintain accurate client and staff records.
- Deliver and manage inductions and refresher training.
- Assess and sign off new carers
- Monitor e\-learning completion and training compliance.
- Conduct regular audits of staff files and communication records.
- Confident, positive, and professional.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- A strong communicator with good problem\-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a small team.
- Passionate about delivering outstanding care and supporting others.
- previous knowledge or experience in areas such as care coordination, recruitment, administration, or the health and social care sector.
