Are you great at turning complex decisions into clear, human conversations? We\`re a CQC \& CIW rated Good care home provider looking for a Marketing Executive who understands that choosing care is emotional, not transactional.

The role in plain English:

Your job is simple: Connect the right families with the right care. Most enquiries come when people are stressed, searching "Care homes near me" at 11pm. You\`ll make sure they find us, trust us, and book a visit.

What you\`ll be doing:

Digital lead gen: Run Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO so we rank for "dementia care ", "respite care near me", "care home fees explained".

Local outreach: Build relationships with hospitals, GP\`s, Social Workers, Solicitors and Discharge teams who refer families paying privately.

Content that answers real questions: Write guides on care home costs, CHC funding vs self\-funding, "how to choose a care home", Turn fear into clarity.

Tours and conversions: Work with our admission team to follow up enquiries fast, book tours, and improve our enquiry\- to \-admission rate.

Reputation: Manage http://Carehome.co.uk, Google Reviews, and testimonials. Your work directly impacts occupancy.

You\`ll be great at this if you:

Have 2\+ years in marketing, ideally healthcare, education, or other "high\-trust" services, can run Google Ads\+ Meta Ads without blowing the budget, and read the data to improve CPL Write like a human, not a brochure. You can explain "top\-up fees" so a daughter at 2am actually gets it.

Are you comfortable speaking with families on the phone and doing occasional home tours.

Know SEO basics \+ can use HubSpot/CRM to track leads from click to admission.

Nice to have: Experience marketing to 50\+ audience, or working with self\-funding/private pay clients.
