We are currently looking for a maintenance / handyperson for exempt supported housing / Housing of Multiple Occupancy that provides homes and services that help people to live independently.

Responsibilities:

• Basic Plumbing (repair leaks, replacing bathroom, kitchen taps, mixer showers)


• Basic Electrics (fault finding)


• Basic Carpentry (fixing locks, repairing fire doors / frames)


• Painting and Decorating

Requirements

• Tools and Own Transport/ Van;


• Full UK driving licence;


• Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining high standard;


• In the Birmingham area working hours; Mon\-Fri 9am\-5pm
