Duties

• Engage with prospective tenants via phone, email, and in person to understand their housing needs and preferences


• Conduct property viewings, highlighting key features and answering questions confidently to foster interest


• Assist tenants through the application process, including gathering documentation and explaining leasing terms clearly


• Coordinate with property owners and management teams to ensure properties are prepared for viewings and occupancy


• Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, applications, and lease agreements using organizational tools


• Promote available properties through various channels to maximize visibility and attract qualified applicants


• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, building lasting relationships

Qualifications

• Proven administrative experience with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently


• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written forms to engage diverse audiences effectively


• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a broad client base and facilitate smooth communication


• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast\-paced environment


• Knowledge of the local property market or real estate industry is a plus but not essential


• A proactive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
