Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per year (dependent on experience)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Designer/ sales consultant to join our showroom team. This is a customer\-facing role combining design, sales, and project coordination in Kitchen \& interior spaces.

You will manage clients from initial enquiry/ site survey through to final design and sale, delivering a high standard of service and design expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and present customer plans, mood boards, and quotations


• Use CAD software (Winner ) to create accurate designs


• Generate and follow up new business leads and quotations


• Guide customers through the full design and buying process


• Build strong customer relationships and manage client expectations


• Close sales and achieve agreed targets


• Maintain high showroom presentation standards


• Carry out general showroom administration and follow\-ups


• Support social media activity with engaging content (desirable)


• Ability to carry out site surveys.


• Knowledge of bathrooms and bedrooms would be seen as highly advantageous

Skills \& Experience Required

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a Kitchen showroom environment.


• Strong product knowledge of bathrooms.


• Good understanding of plumbing processes and industry standards


• Experience using winner.


• Adobe design skills advantageous


• Excellent communication and organisational skills


• Reliable, customer\-focused, and professional


• Strong sales ability with a consultative approach


• Knowledge of monday.com and trublue advantageous


• Must have full driving license and vehicle.

Working Hours

Full\-time, 5 days per week on a rota basis (including every other weekend):

• Monday–Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm


• Saturday: 8:30am – 5:30pm


• Sunday: 8:30am – 1:00pm
