Overview
We are seeking diligent and reliable Cleaning Operatives to join our team in Kidderminster . This role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness across various commercial premises. The ideal candidates will possess a keen eye for detail, a professional attitude, and experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning environments. All positions are paid, and training will be provided where necessary.

Vacancies Available;

Kidderminster Medical Centre, Monday Friday., 6pm\-8:30pm

TVG UK, Monday \- Friday, 5pm\-7pm

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, retail outlets, and industrial sites


• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors to ensure a hygienic environment


• Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas


• Empty bins and dispose of waste responsibly


• Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet roll as needed


• Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively


• Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly


• Follow health and safety procedures at all times to maintain a safe working environment

Skills

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is desirable


• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills


• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision


• Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within allocated timeframes


• Reliable with a professional approach to work standards


• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning activities is advantageous
