With your personal strengths, view of the world and unique personality. You need the following qualifications for the position of (Junior) Manager:

• a completed Master's degree;


• completed, or currently completing, your training as an RA (Chartered Accountant);


• at least 4–6 years of relevant work experience as an Accountant;


• an excellent command of written and spoken Dutch and English.

As a (Junior) Manager, you will play a key role in guiding and supporting less experienced members of your audit team, helping them perform at their best across a range of sectors. You will be their first point of contact and a trusted advisor throughout every stage of the audit process, working closely with both your team and clients to ensure a high\-quality audit experience.

How do you do this?
-----------------------

• preparing the service delivery plan for clients together with Partners and Managers;


• identifying key problem areas and risks and providing practical, actionable advice;


• taking responsibility for a significant part of the audit strategy;


• coordinating and providing the necessary input for internal and external client reporting;


• auditing complex items in consolidated financial statements;


• reviewing consolidated financial statements and ensuring compliance with all applicable statutory requirements.
