Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Junior Accounts Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This entry\-level role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in B2B sales, client relationship management, and business analysis. The successful candidate will support senior team members in driving sales growth, analysing market trends, and maintaining strong client accounts. A proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and a keen interest in sales are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and engaging potential business clients through research and outreach programmes
- Support the execution of sales strategies to achieve organisational targets
- Maintain and update client information using Salesforce CRM system
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities for growth
- Prepare reports on sales activities and performance metrics for review by senior staff
- Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients
- Contribute to the development of sales pitches and proposals tailored to client needs
- Participate in meetings with clients and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and relationship\-building
- Proven interest or experience in B2B sales or related fields is desirable
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is advantageous
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanour
- Organised, proactive, and eager to learn about sales processes and client management
- A recognised qualification in business, marketing, or related disciplines is preferred but not essential
Pay: £26,000\.00\-£36,000\.00 per year
