You’ll take on a wide range of responsibilities, from attracting young talents to participating in Employer Branding initiatives and defining sourcing strategies. It’s all about creatively identifying and reacting to opportunities to grow and improve our recruitment strategy. Your Key Responsibilities

- Sourcing, screening, assessment, interviewing, and decision\-making for candidates;
- Participating in internal and external recruitment events;
- Organizing assessment days and accurately evaluating candidates;
- Administrative follow\-up of candidates.
- Practical organization of internal and external recruitment events;
- Brainstorming on target audience activation.
You have:
- You are currently a final master student and as part of your master you need to complete an internship;
- excellent written and verbal communication in Dutch, French and English;
- Have excellent relationship building, negotiation and an understanding of influencing factors for a wide range of audiences;
- a driver's license.
