That is why we are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist who will help ensure an efficient order\-to\-cash process and strong financial follow\-up.

What will you do as an Accounts Receivables Specialist at LCL?
------------------------------------------------------------------

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and accurate order\-to\-cash process. You will oversee timely invoicing, proactively follow up on outstanding customer balances, and help maintain a healthy cash flow.

You will process sales invoices and incoming payments, perform credit control activities, and communicate with customers regarding payments and any disputes that may arise. You will investigate discrepancies in customer accounts and ensure accurate reconciliation and follow\-up. In addition, you will support month\-end, quarter\-end, and year\-end closing activities, prepare reports and analyses, and contribute to audit processes. You will ensure the correct application of billing policies and internal controls while actively identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation.

In this role, you will work closely with colleagues in Sales, Customer Service, and Finance. You will report directly to the Lead Accountant.

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or have gained equivalent experience.


• You have experience in accounts receivable, credit control, and order\-to\-cash processes.


• You have a solid understanding of accounting principles.


• You are comfortable working with ERP systems and financial software.


• You communicate professionally and confidently with both customers and internal stakeholders.


• You combine a structured and detail\-oriented approach with a strong sense of accountability.


• You quickly analyze issues and identify practical solutions.


• You take initiative, think proactively, and enjoy a hands\-on approach.


• You enjoy collaborating with colleagues while taking full ownership of your own responsibilities.


• You have a good command of Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is considered an asset.
