Direct Printing Sales Executive – Benelux

HP Benelux , we’re looking for an sales professional who knows how to build trust with customers, stay calm in complex environments, and quietly pull the right strings across global teams to get things done.

You’ll manage and grow Enterprise and Corporate Direct Printing customers across Belgium and the Netherlands. These are long‑term relationships, complex organizations, and contractual environments where patience, credibility, and execution matter more than quick wins .

When global opportunities arise, you’ll work closely with our Pursuit, Delivery, and Local Sales teams . You are acting as the connector who keeps momentum, aligns stakeholders, and turns strategy into results.

Your Role \& Responsibilities

  • Own and grow Direct Printing relationships with Corporate \& Enterprise customers across the Benelux

  • Act as a trusted advisor , translating customer business challenges into relevant HP printing and services solutions

  • Drive account planning and opportunity development in collaboration with Pursuit, Local Sales and Customer Delivery.

  • Lead complex sales cycles , including proposals, negotiations, renewals, and deal closures

  • Orchestrate internal experts to anticipate customer needs and co‑create value

  • Keep a sharp eye on execution, governance, pipeline accuracy, and competitive positioning

Who Will Thrive in This Role

  • 5\+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in enterprise, services, or contractual environments

  • Strong ability to connect with customers, build trust, and manage long‑term relationships

  • Proven patience and resilience in complex sales cycles

  • Comfortable acting as the “puppet player” between global teams, delivery, and customers

  • A pragmatic thinker with a strong bias for execution and follow‑through

  • Collaborative mindset, you know success is never a solo act

  • You are fluent in English and have strong professional working knowledge of French and Dutch
