Internal Account Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results\-driven Internal Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties:

• Proactively contacting existing, new and lapsed customers to generate sales and deliver high levels of customer service.


• Making outbound calls daily to identify opportunities and support the external sales team.


• Support the Customer Services team with handling any telephone or email queries from existing customers.


• Delivering excellent customer service by building strong, long\-term relationships


• Using reports and data to identify repeat order opportunities and upselling additional products.


• Maintaining accurate customer records and tracking sales activity.


• Contributing to branch performance by helping achieve sales, profit and customer service targets.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanour.


• Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights is highly desirable.


• Proficiency in CRM platforms is highly desirable.


• Organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.


• A proactive approach coupled with problem\-solving capabilities.
