Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results\-driven Internal Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your sales expertise within a collaborative environment, contributing to the company's ongoing success and expansion. Duties:
- Proactively contacting existing, new and lapsed customers to generate sales and deliver high levels of customer service.
- Making outbound calls daily to identify opportunities and support the external sales team.
- Support the Customer Services team with handling any telephone or email queries from existing customers.
- Delivering excellent customer service by building strong, long\-term relationships
- Using reports and data to identify repeat order opportunities and upselling additional products.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and tracking sales activity.
- Contributing to branch performance by helping achieve sales, profit and customer service targets.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanour.
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms is highly desirable.
- Organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive approach coupled with problem\-solving capabilities.
