About the role
We are looking for a HR Administrator to join our team, reporting directly to the Head of HR. This is a fully onsite role supporting the full employee lifecycle within a fast\-paced fresh produce business.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
- Provide administrative support with new starters, changes of employment and leavers
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new starters
- Assist with end\-to\-end employee lifecycle administration, from onboarding to offboarding
- Prepare offers of employment and contracts
- Track and support probation reviews to ensure they are completed on time
- Monitor and assist management teams with sickness and absence reporting
- Assist with recruitment administration and interview coordination
- Prepare HR letters and documentation (contracts, changes, etc.)
- Conduct exit interviews with leavers
- Provide first\-line HR support to employees and managers, escalating where necessary
- Take minutes during meetings, including investigations and disciplinary hearings
- Support the HR function with ethical compliance requirements, including maintaining records and assisting with audits
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Competitive hourly rate of £14\.62

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a HR administration role
- Experience taking minutes/notes at regular formal meetings (essential)

- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Proactive and reliable approach to work
£14\.62 per hour \| Full\-time \| Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm \| Onsite
Pay: £30,000\.00 per year
