What you’ll do

  • Plan, coordinate and deliver conferences, weddings and events from initial enquiry through to flawless execution.

  • Build strong client relationships and create tailored event proposals that exceed expectations.

  • Manage logistics: venue setup, catering coordination, AV/technical requirements and on\-the\-day operations.

  • Work with suppliers, internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth, efficient delivery.

  • Maintain accurate event documentation, budgets and post\-event feedback for continuous improvement.

  • Identify and promote upsell opportunities to boost revenue and enhance guest experiences.

  • Ensure every event meets health, safety and licensing standards.

  • Support marketing initiatives to promote events and drive bookings.

Who we’re looking for
  • Proven experience in events, meetings or hospitality coordination.

  • Exceptional organisational skills and an ability to prioritise under pressure.

  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and client\-management skills.

  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and tight deadlines.

  • Experience with guest services and front\-of\-house operations.

  • Familiarity with event management software is desirable.

  • A positive, proactive attitude and a passion for creating outstanding guest experiences.
