This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build their portfolio and gain real\-world experience with a small, growing brand. Whether you're just starting out or looking to sharpen your skills, if you're passionate about content creation and social media, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Creating engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok


• Email content generation


• Appearing on camera and helping to film and direct content for the brand


• Editing short\-form videos and static content in line with our brand aesthetic


• Generating fresh ideas to drive growth and increase brand visibility


• Supporting the expansion of our content strategy into email marketing over time

• A passion for social media, content creation, beauty, or lifestyle


• Comfortable both in front of and behind the camera whether appearing on screen or helping to film and direct content


• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, including current trends


• Basic video editing skills; photo editing a bonus


• A good eye for brand fit and visual storytelling


• Self\-motivated, creative, and reliable

• 6 hours per week, Tuesdays only (on\-site in Ashford)


• Start date: October 2026


• Pay: £12–£15 per hour, depending on experience
