Be the welcoming face of Thorpe Park Cabins!
As a Hotel Night Receptionist, you’ll make sure every guest enjoys a smooth, hassle\-free stay. From checking guests in and out to serving in the Supplies Shop, you’ll keep standards high throughout the Cabins and help us meet key performance targets. Reporting to the Hotel Night Team Leaders, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for every guest.### Key Accountabilities
- Welcome and check guests in and out of the Cabins with efficiency and a friendly attitude.
- Keep the Cabins Shop fully stocked and ready for guests.
- Safely store luggage and deliver it to cabins for arriving guests.
- Ensure KPI surveys are completed by all departing guests.
- Maintain the highest standards by completing daily and weekly checklists in full.
- Clean all guest areas overnight so they’re ready for the next day’s operation.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve minor issues promptly and professionally.
- Show integrity and responsibility when managing guest property, following all procedures.
- Provide accurate information about their stay at Thorpe Park Cabins to enhance the guest experience.

All Merlin employees are expected to adhere to all company policies and procedures as outlined in online onboarding and training curriculums. Employees are responsible for the safety of themselves, their colleagues and guests (where appropriate), in line with the Group Policy (HS001\) and the law. In particular, they must ensure that they follow safe working procedures for all work activities that they undertake and they must not use any tools or equipment for which they have not been trained. Where incidents do occur, they must ensure that they are reported to their line manager and must cooperate with any investigation as appropriate
