Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to individuals in need of assistance, ensuring their comfort and well\-being. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, as well as the ability to manage various tasks associated with daily living.

Duties

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.


• Administer medication according to care plans and ensure adherence to prescribed schedules.


• Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs, promoting independence and dignity.


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.


• Assist with mobility and physical activities, including heavy lifting when necessary.


• Monitor clients' health and report any changes in condition or behaviour to the appropriate personnel.


• Maintain accurate records of care provided, including medical terminology where applicable.


• Implement behaviour management strategies as needed to ensure client safety and comfort.


• Drive clients to appointments or social activities as required.

Experience
Candidates should possess relevant experience in caregiving or a related field. Familiarity with first aid procedures is highly desirable, along with knowledge of medical terminology and patient care practices. Experience in a care home setting is advantageous but not essential. A genuine passion for helping others and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are crucial for success in this role.

Pay: £14\.00\-£14\.50 per hour
