HGV Class 2 Driver

Job Overview
LW Skips are looking for a reliable and experienced Class 2 (Category C) Skip Driver to join our busy skip hire business.

Responsibilities

• Delivering and collecting skips safely and efficiently


• Operating skip\-loading vehicles in accordance with Company procedures


• Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting defects


• Providing excellent customer service on\-site


• Ensuring compliance with road transport and health \& safety regulations


• Supporting with other works such as bin round collection on an adhoc basis.

Requirements

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence


• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card


• Previous skip, roll\-on/roll\-off, or hook loader experience preferred (training may be provided for the right candidate)


• Good knowledge of local roads and routes


• Strong work ethic and professional attitude


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Location: Cannock Wood Industrial Estate, WS12 0PL
Hours: 40 per week, Monday\-Friday 07:30am\-4:30pm (with 1 hour break per day)

Package Includes: 28 days annual leave (inc BH) wellbeing package, company pension, company uniform and PPE provided.
