This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join our Davisons Law Client Relationship Team and provide legal assistance to client matters.

What You’ll Do

As Head of the Client Relationship Team for our Davisons Law Cannock and Lichfield offices, you will lead and manage the client relationship function, ensuring the highest standards of service and operational excellence. You will have experience in client\-facing roles, preferably within customer service or legal support.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised and professional, with excellent communication skills —both written and verbal. You will be confident in managing client interactions, resolving issues proactively, and leading a team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage the Client Relationship Team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.

  • Attending to clients both on the telephone and in person, be comfortable problem solving and demonstrate initiative whilst working under pressure.

  • Administering filing systems which will include daily filing and the opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, introducers, and third parties,

· Ensure all client communications—telephone, in\-person, and written—are handled professionally, accurately, and in line with company standards.

· Champion a high level of organisation and accuracy within the team, while supporting business growth and new client acquisition.

· Report regularly to senior management on client experience metrics, team performance, and operational improvements.

· Carry out additional duties as required to support business objectives and team development.

Essential Skills \& Attributes:

· Proven experience in client service leadership, ideally in a legal or professional services environment.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage challenging client interactions diplomatically.

· Strong organisational and process management abilities, with keen attention to detail.

· Ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team, fostering a collaborative and high\-performing environment.

· Strategic mindset with problem\-solving capabilities and initiative.

· Professional appearance and demeanour suitable for a senior client\-facing role.
