Here at Procurae Group we are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Recruitment Coordinator to join our friendly and growing recruitment team. This is not just a desk\-based role, you’ll be out in the community attending recruitment events, careers fairs and outreach activities, helping attract passionate people into rewarding careers in social care.

About Us

The Role

You will:

Attend recruitment events and community outreach activities
Promote vacancies and careers in social care
Source, screen and interview candidates
Complete DBS, reference and onboarding checks
Create engaging job adverts and support recruitment campaigns
Build relationships within local communities and candidate networks
About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

Confident, outgoing and people\-focused
Organised with excellent communication skills
Passionate about recruitment and making a difference
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Experience in healthcare recruitment or social care is beneficial but not essential.

Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
