Social Media Manager
We're looking for a creative and driven Content Creator \& Videographer to help document and grow our property investment, development and mentoring business.
This isn't a desk\-based social media role.
You'll be out on developments, filming property walkthroughs, capturing behind\-the\-scenes content, attending networking events, recording podcast content and creating engaging videos for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.
Responsibilities
- Film property walkthroughs and development updates
- Capture day\-to\-day business content
- Edit high\-quality reels and short\-form videos
- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn
- Assist with podcast filming and content creation
- Plan and organise content calendars
- Monitor social media performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Work closely with the business owner to create content that attracts investors, mentoring clients and property opportunities
- Stay up to date with social media trends and new content formats
Requirements
- Proven experience creating content for social media
- Strong videography and editing skills
- Experience using CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar editing software
- Understanding of what makes content perform on social media
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Comfortable filming in a variety of environments including active construction sites
Bonus Skills
- Property industry experience
- Drone licence
- Photography experience
- Experience growing business social media accounts

We're looking for someone who understands social media, can tell a story through content and wants to help grow an ambitious property and mentoring business.
Pay: £26,000\.00\-£32,000\.00 per year
