We're launching an exciting new padel tennis venue in Dunnington, York, and we're looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious and personable individual to help bring the club to life.
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast\-growing sport at the start of an exciting journey and play a key role in building a thriving local community.
The Role Managing day\-to\-day club operations
- Supporting members and visitors
- Growing the club's social and community presence
- Organising events, leagues and coaching activities
- Helping create an exceptional customer experience
- Assisting with marketing and membership growth
- Passionate about sport and community engagement
- Excellent communication skills
- Self\-motivated and proactive
- Experience in hospitality, leisure, fitness or sports clubs is desirable but not essential
