Head of Finance and Resources
Rockdale Village in Sevenoaks provides excellent care for our independent senior living residents and the residents in our 50\-bed care home. Set in beautiful surroundings and located in the centre of Sevenoaks it is highly regarded by the community.
Rockdale has recently been through an exciting period of change, growing our services to respond to the needs of our customers. We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Head of Finance \& Resources to join our great team.
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Head of Finance will manage the Association’s finances, preparing financial reports for the Chief Executive and Board, and manage IT and resources strategy.
They will:
- Prepare financial forecasts
- Prepare the annual statutory accounts
- Prepare the annual budget
- Monthly reports and management accounts for the Board
- Make recommendations to the Board on treasury matters
- Be responsible for Rent, Fee, and Service Charge setting
- Be responsible for payroll.
They should have a good understanding of current regulatory requirements and excellent budget management is essential.
Hours of work: Full time, 37\.5 hours per week, hybrid working arrangements will be considered.
