As demand for domestic solar continues to surge, we’re expanding our customer facing team and we’re looking for a senior, hands\-on Head of Dialer \& Contact Strategy to own how we contact customers and generate sales opportunities.

Your number one goal: drive high\-quality appointments for our field sales reps and maximise sales from those appointments.

You’ll lead our use of Connex One and Athena AI to optimise outbound campaigns, improve scripts and coaching, and turn data into practical changes that boost appointments, show rates and conversion to sale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the outbound contact strategy across all solar/renewables campaigns.

  • Design, configure and optimise Connex One campaigns for lead follow\-up and appointment setting.

  • Maximise connect rate, appointments per hour, and conversion from appointment to sale.

  • Use Athena AI to improve scripts, objection handling and coaching.

  • Own dialer data flows, reporting and dashboards (appointments, conversion, revenue per lead, occupancy, abandon, etc.).

  • Ensure compliance with Ofcom, GDPR/PECR and DNC rules.

  • Work closely with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Compliance and IT to align dialer strategy with sales targets and field capacity.
About You
  • 5–10\+ years in outbound dialer/contact centre operations, including a senior/lead role.

  • Strong, hands\-on experience with Connex One (essential).

  • Practical experience with Athena AI or similar AI/QA analytics tools.

  • Proven track record increasing appointment\-set performance and conversion to sale.

  • Strong analytical skills and commercial mindset; confident with reports and KPIs.

  • Clear communicator who can influence stakeholders and drive change.
What We Offer
  • £55,000–£70,000 base salary (DOE).
