Supreme Escapes, Prestwich (M25 0DB)
Part\-Time – 25 Hours Per Week
4 Days Office Based \+ 1 Flexible Day
Salary Equivalent to £35,000 Full Time (Pro Rata)
We are looking for a highly organised, commercially minded and hospitality driven Guest Experience Manager to join our luxury holiday let brand.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about premium hospitality, guest experience, sales growth and relationship building, looking for a long term role where they can genuinely put their own stamp on guest engagement, occupancy growth and brand development.
You will take ownership of the full guest journey across our portfolio of luxury holiday let properties in North Wales and West Yorkshire, working alongside our Property Maintenance \& Compliance Manager to ensure exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence across the portfolio.
This role is heavily communication, marketing and sales focused and would suit someone confident building relationships, increasing occupancy and delivering exceptional customer experiences from first enquiry through to checkout, whilst maintaining our already excellent review scores and reputation.
Main Responsibilities
- Managing guest communication from initial enquiry through to checkout
- Responding quickly, professionally and confidently across Airbnb, Booking.com, direct booking channels and social media platforms
- Managing Airbnb and booking platform performance to maximise visibility, occupancy and revenue
- Maximising booking conversions, occupancy levels and guest reviews
- Driving increased revenue with a strong focus on growing midweek bookings and repeat business
- Reaching out to local businesses, companies and organisations to build relationships and develop accommodation packages for their staff, clients and customers
- Identifying new sales opportunities, partnerships and marketing initiatives to increase occupancy across the portfolio
- Creating social media content, sales offers, brand visibility and guest engagement
- Identifying and implementing guest experience improvements that enhance reviews, reputation and repeat bookings
- Providing some evening and weekend guest responses where required (incorporated into flexible working hours)
- Working collaboratively with our Property Maintenance \& Compliance Manager, with some crossover in operational responsibilities and leave cover
We are looking for someone who is:
- Hospitality minded and genuinely passionate about guest experience
- An exceptional communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, confident and personable when speaking with guests, businesses and corporate clients
- Commercially aware with a naturally sales focused mindset
- Confident building relationships and proactively generating booking opportunities
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple properties and priorities
- Confident using booking platforms, social media, design applications and digital communication tools
- Motivated to improve processes, grow occupancy and contribute to an expanding luxury brand
- Proactive, positive and solutions focused
